Create Your Own Customized Reports Using Templates

The template feature is a totally new feature we have developed for Version 5.0.  This new feature was inspired by the comments and suggestions by users of previous versions and has proved to be a very popular and welcomed addition.  Another exciting improvement is "Additional Items" for Version 5.0 is discussed in "Versatility"

Templates allow you to build your own menu from "Scratch" by pre-selecting only the categories you desire from the main menu.  The library is automatically transferred along with the category.

For example a template can be made for a 3 bedroom two bathroom house and can be saved without any limitations as to description.  If you encounter an area not included in your selected template **relax** templates can be modified during the course of the inspection.  Simply select the omitted item from the main menu for the report in progress without altering the integrity of your template.  

The number of templates you create is unlimited.  You are not limited by any naming conventions.  Templates give the capability to have different menu systems for a multiple of different styles and sizes of homes.  Templates are easy to build, use and maintain.  The possibilities are unlimited.
