Home Inspection 2000 Version 5 software has been upgraded to provide the home inspector with as much versatility as currently known to the industry.  There are times when producing a report on site is just not feasible.  Maybe there is no power, maybe you don't own a laptop, maybe your printer is broken, maybe it's too hot, maybe it's too cold, or maybe there is just no need to do an on site report.  Version 5 really doesn't know the difference.  The software can be loaded on a laptop, a desktop, or both.  It can print to an inkjet printer, laser printer, or dot matrix.  The Home Inspector has complete control.  Version 5 will give you the option to print professional on site narrative reports.  It can be done quickly, accurately, and produce as many reports as you have paper for.   

But, if you prefer to produce your final report from the comfort of your office or your home, Home Inspection 2000 will produce the same quality report regardless of your location. 

New for Version 5 is the inclusion of "Additional Items".   In the event you inspect items beyond the scope of the average home inspection Home Inspection 2000 is preloaded with the capability of customizing additional categories such as pools, spas, radon, EIFS Stucco, Septic Systems, Asbestos, Lead paint, etc.  This feature gives you the opportunity to add up to 200 individual items to any inspection or template.  This can include anything you could possibly encounter such as a tennis court, bowling alley, gymnasium, etc.  Who knows what you may encounter?  Home Inspection 2000 gives you the versatility not only to INSPECT it, but to REPORT it in a narrative report.
